Responsibilities:


  • Assist in maintaining the Corporate Quality Management System to ensure that the quality requirements and processes meet HKCAD 360 Part 1 and IOSA requirements.
  • Assist in managing the Corporate Quality Assurance Program, which includes maintaining the yearly audit plan, preparing audit checklists, conducting audits and inspections independently, reporting audit results and following up on findings until closure is successfully achieved.
  • Monitor the follow-up actions for findings arising from the Corporate Quality Assurance Program and assess their effectiveness through frequent quality inspections.
  • Assist in planning, preparing, managing and maintaining the IOSA registration audits as requested by the Manager of Corporate Quality Assurance.
  • Conduct data analysis and produce regualr management review reports within the specified timeframe.
  • Create, maintain, and control the documentation for Corporate Quality Assurance, and manage the Document Registry for the Corporate Safety, Quality Assurance, and Security Department; Maintain AQD audit database and quality assurance records to ensure all records are properly maintained as per requirements.
  • Collaborate and provide support/guidance to departmental quality assurance teams and operational departements on all quality assurance-related matters to ensure compliance.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, company policies, processes, and procedures to ensure safe operation, preserve the safety of people, and report occurrences, hazards, deficiencies, and issues in accordance with company procedures.
  • Conduct any other duties, tasks or projects assigned by the General Manager / Manager Corporate Quality Assurance.


Requirements:


  • University degree
  • At least 3 years relevant aviation experience within ground handling, cargo handling and dangerous goods, or other areas.
  • At least 1 year experience in airline quality assurance function monitoring ground handling, dangerous goods and cargo operations.
  • Formal training in Quality Management System and Internal Auditing / Auditor.
  • Superior knowledge and experience in Safety Management System or Quality Management System
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and IOSA is an advantage.
  • Airline Lead auditor training and experience is an advantage.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supervisor, Corporate Quality Assurance
